Roots
A thousand years of history at the Castello Convento with its 35 hectares of olive grove with centenary Mignola and Raggia olive trees and organic cultivations. Emmer, ancient grains, lentils, chickpeas, ripen in the fields in a desired and necessary alternation under organic farming. The result is cereals and legumes of excellent certified quality.
Vocation
The Marche Hills, with their gently rolling and varied landscape, between the sea and the mountains, have always had a vocation for organic agriculture and biodiversity. Much of our production is dedicated to the La Terra e il Cielo Cooperative, the first Italian organic food cooperative.
Extra virgin olive oil
Our organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense artichoke flavor has been appreciated internationally for decades.
Officinals
Officinal plants of Lavender, Helichrysum and Laurel require constant and intense care and attract the attention of passers-by due to their color and scent. The hum and dance of bees and butterflies remind us of the importance of their presence.
